Privacy Policy
The purpose of this protocol is to provide clarity about the acquisition, use, storage and destruction of personal data of clients and other stakeholders of Liefdevol Trouwen.
1. Obtaining data
Personal data and contact details are obtained from yourself, via the website, social media, via a third party and always with your permission.
2. Use of data
Liefdevol Trouwen processes various personal data that it treats confidentially at all times. This concerns the following data such as:
Company name, First and Last name, Billing address and Business address, Date of birth, Place of birth, Chamber of Commerce number, E-mail address, Telephone number, Social media account names, customer number, order number, quotation number and invoice number.
Liefdevol Trouwen only processes your personal data when this is permitted under the GDPR and for the purposes as described below. The personal data are necessary for various purposes:
- In the event of a legal marriage, the extraordinary registrar is jointly and severally liable. For this reason, it is important to be able to establish an identity. For this, checking an identity document is sufficient and no copies are made, requested or stored.
- Liefdevol Trouwen is obliged to keep an accounting. In order to be able to send an invoice, name and address details are required. The accounting must be kept for 8 (eight) years.
- In order to correspond with you, it is important to store e-mail addresses and telephone numbers. This data will be deleted no later than 5 (five) years after the date of receipt. If, at your request, contact is also sought with family or friends, this data will be destroyed or deleted after the ceremony.
- Your personal information can be processed into a speech. This speech will only be stored anonymously digitally after the wedding ceremony. This means that personal data will be deleted before it is stored and notes will be destroyed. The printed version of the speech will be kept in an archive.
Received data will never be made public, sold to third parties or otherwise provided to third parties without the permission of the owner. However, it is possible that data is stored on servers by using cloud services such as Microsoft, Google or others. Liefdevol Trouwen has concluded processing agreements with these parties to protect your data as well as possible.
3. Storage of data
Liefdevol Trouwen stores your data for communication purposes for a maximum of 5 years. For quotations, invoicing and administration, data is stored for 8 years, during which all necessary data is stored, such as: NAWET and bank details.
Data can be stored on paper or digitally.
4. Destruction of data
If data is on paper, it will be destroyed as soon as its use is no longer necessary. A paper shredder is used for this.
Documents that have been obtained digitally will be deleted as soon as their use is no longer necessary. This means that both file folders and e-mails on the computer, tablet, telephone or in the cloud are carefully checked.
5. Information, inspection and correction
Customers, relations, contacts and other interested parties who have or have had contact with Liedevol Trouwen in any way, are at all times entitled to information, inspection and correction of the data they have provided. 6. In the event of a data breach
If data has come into the hands of third parties without authorization, the person or persons concerned and the personal data authority will be notified immediately upon discovery.
7. Website
We take the security of personal data seriously and use an SSL/TLS certificate to encrypt the data exchange on our website. This means that all information you enter via our website (such as contact forms) is sent encrypted and cannot be intercepted by third parties. We like to place references and photos of wedding ceremonies on our website and social media to inspire future bridal couples. This is only done with the explicit permission of the bridal couple, whereby only the first names, location and date of the bridal couple and the ceremony are mentioned. During a ceremony, photos can also be taken showing guests and other attendees. If you do not want to appear in published photos, you can make this known in advance or afterwards via info@liefdevoltrouwen.nl. We handle images with care and will never share sensitive or unwanted images. If you come across a photo that you want to have removed, please contact us and we will ensure that it is removed as soon as possible.
We use Google reCAPTCHA to protect our website from spam and abuse. reCAPTCHA automatically checks whether a visitor is a human or an automated script (bot). Certain data of the visitor is processed, such as:
- IP address
- Browser and device information
- Interaction with the website (e.g. mouse movements)
This data is processed by Google and may be forwarded to servers in the United States. Google uses this information in accordance with their Privacy Policy and Terms of Service:

The processing of this data is based on our legitimate interest in protecting our website from abuse and spam (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Cookies on the website are only used for technical and functional purposes, not to map your personal website use.
